Jen Karetnick is the author of seven collections of poetry, including two that are forthcoming: American Sentencing (Winter Goose Publishing, May 2016) and The Treasures That Prevail, September 2016). Her poems, essays, articles and interviews have been published widely in magazines, journals and anthologies including TheAtlantic.com, Guernica, North American Review, Poet’s Market 2013, Poets & Writers, Prairie Schooner and River Styx. She works as the Creative Writing Director for Miami Arts Charter School and as a freelance dining critic and lifestyle journalist for outlets including DailyWorth.com, FSR Magazine, GoodHousekeeping.com, MIAMI Magazine, Redbook.com, USA Today and Virgin Atlantic Airlines. Based in Miami, she is also the author/co-author of award-winning cookbooks, including Mango (University Press of Florida, 2014).
Jaclyn Tan is an 18 year old student from Singapore, who loves extended metaphors and secretly dreams of writing for a living one day.
